Troy Jensen has created the greatest online makeup resource available (as far as what I've seen). He photographs extreme close-ups of celebrities' faces after doing their makeup and then gives you a detailed account of everything he himself did for them. He also posts images of every single product he used! The women (and men!) cover the spectrum of skin color (Jennifer Lopez to Kim Kardashian to Scary Spice lol to Megan Fox). I know this post doesn't necessarily relate to Asian Culture or "kawaii," but not all of us are Asian! Sure the J-magazine makeup tutorials are amazing, but we all vary in skin color and face structure. I love this resource too much to keep to myself.
