This really adorable headphone catalog came out, and in true kawaii fashion, every headphone has then been illustrated adorning a bishoujo (pretty girl)! The images above are all from this novelty item. Learn more about the book by clicking here or the above headphone girls. Now I had no intention of turning this into a headphone post in general but I was so inspired to buy kawaii headphones. I thought I'd post a few that I found. Enjoy!

The wildly addictive online community, Poupee Girl has now been transformed into a video game!!! Ahhhhh!! It is available for preorder here or click any image EXCEPT my pathetic poupeegirl self to the left. I'm very very new to the whole thing. I need more ribbons so I can get better eyebrows, face shape, nose just everything! lol. This game is going to make so many girls happy! I can't wait. If you don't know the first thing about poupeegirl, it is a site where you can create a doll in your image. It is a bit hard to explain, but basically you get ribbons and jewels to buy new clothes, better features etc. Real designers actually have little virtual shops too! It's sooooo cute.

HVBAO what does it mean? Shoes this awesome better have an amazing acronym! Can you believe these are actually a HUGE deal in other parts of the world (this directed to Americans lol). That makes me so happy! Each pair is 30 or 40 dollars! I love this graffiti quality that is tailored to girls like meeeee. I never imagined shoes this unique and "kawaii" could be mass produced and successful. As always, click any link to start shopping!

*Clap Clap* is just watercolor brilliance. Never has watercolor evoked the ocean even when painting houses! I've yet to see it this controlled and layered. I wish my childhood books were illustrated like this. I'd probably be a much happier person hehe. Enjoy!

radiationeyes is the perfect name for this artwork. The girls look like skins within which aliens hide. Take your vintage shoujo eyes and draw them with no rhyme or reason. Those are radiation eyes. All this done with very basic markers, crayons, possible white out? lol and paper (sometimes graph) and even doiles! Its all so creepy yet so damn awesome. I scrambled to buy her extremely inexpensive prints! I own three and begged her to make her stuff available as prints so long ago! (You are welcome lol).

Editions de Tokyo is an interesting concept representing Tokyo through the eyes of Parisiennes (Paris Natives). They produced several books, including a Tokyo Sweets Guide (Douceurs "Kawai" de Tokyo) and other kawaii craft books. What really gets me is their line of "fake sweets stationary." Tape rolls stacked to mimic a pastry, or a paper pad that looks just like strawberry shortcake! UGUiSU has all this and more.

Wow, you guys owe me for this one! Mokaffe combines all my favorites! Ugh, she does such an amazing job too. I want to be a Mokaffe girl for halloween somehow but will anyone know what the heck I'm dressing up as?! Other than my plain old self lol.

Googims is my newest discovery! OMG you have to read this cute description that says it all. Oh, oh and don't forget to see the backs AND sleeves of the shirts!
"Googims means "wrinkles" in Korean, representing the wrinkles one gains when facing life's myriad challenges. A fun and uniquely Korean brand of clothing, Googims conveys the rituals and moods of daily life in an irreverent and irresistible manner. Googims high-quality clothing items use stark, primary colors and a variety of catchy phrases and designs to highlight the precious and frequently fleeting emotions of our everyday lives. Googims' peerless brand of humor helps the sensitive and fashion-conscious soul express their individuality. No matter the person or the place, there's a Googims item for everyone!"
